My Story

Heather Ann is a self-taught multi-media artist whose work is rooted in exploration, healing, and the quiet power of presence. Her journey began during the COVID pandemic, when art became a way to navigate uncertainty, ease anxiety, and reconnect with the moment at hand. What started as a personal outlet quickly evolved into a deeply meaningful creative practice - one guided not by rules, but by intuition, curiosity, and raw emotion.

Working across a range of materials from paint to ink and beyond, Heather creates layered pieces that reflect the simplicity of the natural world and the complexity of the human experience. Her process is deeply influenced by her emotional landscape, allowing feeling to shape form, color, and movement in an organic and unfiltered way. Texture, color, and motion come together to express what words often cannot, inviting reflection rather than interpretation and allowing each viewer to find their own meaning within the work.

Through MyArtlet Heather shares more than finished pieces; she shares a philosophy. She believes art can be a grounding force, offering moments of calm and clarity in an often chaotic world. Her work is an open invitation: to pause, to feel, and to discover how creativity can become a personal path toward peace, connection, and self-expression.
